We are Bolk Business Improvement (BBI), a consultancy firm based in Hengelo. With a team of 15 to 20 young professionals, we help organizations improve their production and logistics processes.

Our work combines analytical thinking with practical implementation. We analyze processes, use data to uncover insights, and design smarter ways of working, for example in planning, supply chain coordination, and operational decision-making. Just as important, we work closely with the people on the shop floor and in management to ensure that improvements are not just ideas on paper, but actually implemented in daily practice.

We believe in a pragmatic, down-to-earth approach: clear analyses, concrete improvements, and measurable results. At the same time, we value strong personal connections, both within our team and with our clients. We regularly participate in sports events and organize an annual team weekend, because we believe that a close-knit team delivers better outcomes.
