Dear abacussers and abacussins,

You would think that we would not try to organise the cocktailworkshop again, would you? Well, luckily we have re-prepared and here we are!

We will make exact the same cocktails we have prepared in advance. However, we now have sorted the ingredients, such that you can decide for youself which cocktail you will make along with us. It is not our intention to let you buy huge amounts of alcohol, small bottles are enough :) Here is a link to small bottles of strong liquor that you can use for your cocktail:

https://www.vinopio.be/sterke-drank/mini-flesjes-sterke-drank/#

Walking past the Gall&Gall or any other licquor store should suffice! They always have tiny bottles. In our knowledge, half a bottle is plenty for one cocktail (except if you would like to get crazy;)).

NB: You can declare your purchases up to 7 euros! Keep your receipts!

AND NOW! The cocktails themselves! If you don't have certain ingredients, worry not. You can easily replace them; we have noted the replacements in brackets. Below the list of ingredients, we have also noted what you need to substitute in order to get a mocktail (alcohol-free option).

White Russian

Heavy cream - 60ml (slagroom)

Vodka - 50 ml

Coffee licquor - 30 ml (can be substituted with regular coffee)

Alcohol free option: double the amount of coffee and substitute the vodka with 30ml grape juice

Alabama Slammer

Amaretto - 30 ml (substitution: see alcohol free option)

Whiskey - 30 ml (substitution: see alcohol free option)

Gin - 30 ml (substitution: see alcohol free option)

Orange juice - 60 ml

Lime - 1

Alcohol free option: substitute gin with lemon juice and two shots of soda water, the amaretto with almond extract/marzipan and the whiskey with vanilla sugar or extract.

Long Island Iced Tea

Vodka - 60 ml

Rum - 60 ml

Tequilla - 60 ml

Triple sec - 60 ml

Lemons - 1

Tons of ice cubes

Cola - to fill the rest of the glass

Don't have that much alcohol? Use one type of strong licquor (240 ml) and use the rest of the ingredients. The more lemon-y the drink, the better!

Alcohol free option: just pour yourself a glass of iced tea with lots of ice cubes and lemons :)

Widow Maker

Jagermeister - 30 ml (substitution: see alcohol free option)

Vodka - 30 ml (substitution: see alcohol free option)

Coffee licquor - 30ml (again, you can use regular coffee instead)

Grenadine (your regular ranja) - 2 drops

Alcohol free option: substitute the jagermeister by some mushed mint leaves, the vodka with grape juice and the coffee licquor with coffee

General things that you need:

Lots of icecubes

Shaker (you can use a glass and a small plate if you don't have a shaker)

Shotglass to measure (1 glass is 30 ml approx.)

Fancy glasses
