Student life can become stressfull sometimes. Get your well deserved rest during the Mental Health day! The day will start at 10.00 with a relaxing morning in petting zoo 'Kinderboerderij Enschede Noord', after which we will have a lunch lecture by an expert on the topic of mental health (lunch included). They will talk about the topic of 'dealing with setbacks'. After this serious lecture, we will play board games, or go for a walk around campus if the weather allows it.
