Join this year's puzzle hunt held to celebrate the birthday of Abacus! 
This year the theme is Ali Babacus and the 51 thieves! 

[Background Story]

Ali Babacus stole our treasure and we, as 51 thieves, want it back! He hid the treasure in boxes for which he changes the location and the code everyday. He made up riddles to remember the codes and told his wife  the locations so she can find the treasure if he is caught. 
Luckily one of our thieves eavesdrops every morning so we learn both the puzzle and the hints each day.  We count on all our teams to recover the treasure!

[Gameplay]
Goal: Solve all puzzles, get all hints and find the chest every day! The team collecting the most coins wins. In total there will be 5 game days.

 Every week day between the 11th November and the 17th November, your team receives the at 9.00:
 - The puzzle: Solving the puzzle gives you the 9 digit-code to open the chest.
 - 6 Photo&Video assignments: For each of the first 5 photo assignments you get a hint to the location of the chest.
At the location you will find the treasure chest and have to open it using the code from the puzzle. Send the secret code that is inside to us to prove that you found the chest.

[Enrolment]

Enrol in groups of  3-4 people, before the 11th November. 
Mention your Team name (or the people with whom you form a team if you don't have a name yet) and your Discord name. 
The communication will happen via the Abacus Discord where every team receives its own channel to hand in the photo assignments and codes. The puzzles and assignments will also be communicated via Discord.
"I don't have a complete team yet!" enrol anyway and specify your incomplete team or 'No team'! You can always alter the enrolment or we will act as matchmaker :D.

[Score]

You get points (=coins) for 
 - finding the chest + Speed bonus
 - every photo assignment + Creativity bonus
 - Puzzle solution.
So in case you cannot find the chest or solve the puzzle for one day, you will still receive points. 
Prizes for the Red Thread Game: 
 - Best group of thieves with the most coins
 - Most creative team
The winners are announced at the Dies Game night on the 18th of November!

[Location]

Restricted to the Campus. The chest will stay there until the next morning.
